The Challenge

The overseas educational consultancy space is highly saturated. To stand out, EduGates Global needed a social media presence that instantly communicated authority, trustworthiness, and clear information. The campaigns required packing a lot of critical data—intake dates, visa requirements, exam prep details, and contact info—into single graphics without overwhelming the viewer or looking like spam.

The Execution

During my time at Vixolabs, I designed a cohesive, scalable visual system for EduGates. By strictly utilizing their core brand colors (deep blue and vibrant red), I created a unified look across multiple disparate campaigns, from corporate hiring to nursing degree top-ups.

  • Information Hierarchy: Used distinct color blocking and bold, modern typography to guide the viewer's eye from the aspirational hook ("Study in Finland") directly to the actionable benefits and contact details.
  • Aspirational Compositing: Blended professional, approachable portrait photography with subtle, relevant background elements (like Finnish architecture and flags) to create a premium, high-trust aesthetic.
  • Campaign Adaptability: Built a flexible design template that could easily adapt to different messaging needs—whether promoting UAS exam prep classes, highlighting affordable tuition, or recruiting internal staff—without losing brand consistency.
