MindScape: Mystery Conquest

The Challenge

IBM Circle needed a high-energy, mysterious teaser for their upcoming "MindScape: Mystery Conquest" event. The promotional video had to build immediate hype and communicate the stakes—10 cards, 4 hours, 6 teams—without giving away the actual nature of the challenges. The goal was to establish a tech-forward, enigmatic, and competitive atmosphere right from the first frame.

The Solution

I built a fast-paced, dark-themed 3D motion graphics promo optimized perfectly for vertical social media feeds. The animation is centered around the motif of floating, neon-glowing playing cards, representing the "10 cards" central to the competition.

• ▹ 3D Card Animation: Designed and animated 3D flipping cards that transition from glowing question marks to the MindScape brain logo, perfectly symbolizing the core theme of mystery and revelation.
• ▹ Neon Cyberpunk Aesthetic: Employed a vibrant, glowing purple neon color palette against a pitch-black background. This gave the video a futuristic, tech-centric feel that aligned with the IBM Circle brand.
• ▹ High-Impact Typography: Integrated fast, snappy typography for the event details to keep the energy high, ensuring viewers felt the urgency and competitive nature of the 4-hour time limit.
