The Challenge
Marketing financial products—such as vehicle leasing, personal loans, and gold pawning—requires a delicate balance. The messaging must be 100% compliant and highly informative, often requiring large amounts of text and data tables. However, to perform well on social media, the visuals must remain engaging, uncluttered, and deeply trustworthy to resonate with both English and Sinhala-speaking demographics.
The Execution
I developed a series of clean, conversion-focused promotional assets that strictly adhered to the Singer Finance and Hayleys corporate brand guidelines, utilizing their signature red to command attention while leveraging ample white space to maintain a premium feel.
- ▹ Information Architecture: Transformed dense financial data (like the Sahana Personal Loan repayment grid) into easily digestible, highly legible typographic layouts that users could understand at a glance.
- ▹ Bilingual Typography: Skillfully integrated Sinhala typography into the layout designs for Fixed Deposit and Gold Loan campaigns, ensuring visual harmony and cultural resonance without breaking the modern corporate aesthetic.
- ▹ Relatable Imagery: Paired aspirational imagery (dream weddings, vehicle lineups) with tangible assets (gold jewelry, cash exchanges) to directly connect the financial product to the consumer's end goal.
